Valli Trapanesi P.D.O. olive oil "Il Principe di Pietretagliate" comes from the olive trees of Pietretagliate Estate. 

It can be defined as a monovarietal olive oil, is made of cultivar Nocellara quality of olives. The harvest is made strictly by hand, after the ripening period, as the sicilician ancient tradition wants. This oil with strong taste, denotes a ripe fruity aroma. It is perfumed with reach character, intensive and fresh smell, with evidence of spicy and bitter, with hints of tomato and artichoke in the aftertaste. Fresh aromas notes stand out in your mouth. A strong, intense and refined line.
